Knowing SMC’s strength of reaching diverse audiences across their generations, the New York City Office of Small Business Services awarded SMC with a 30-day media planning and buying campaign to reach consumers through national and culturally-specific regional media across seven ethnicities and languages.

The awarded $91,000 media budget needed to be spent within 30-days and the client had a series of traditional (TV, Radio, Print, Out of Home) and new (audio, display, digital out of home) media assets that we were able to use to develop a comprehensive media plan.

Our plan included a series of National media partners targeting specific communities and languages and over seven regional media partners across the five Brooklyn boroughs to further the community-specific nuance our client’s assets required preferred. 

The results of the 30-day campaign include over 11 Million Impressions across media types with above-industry standard click through rates across comparable media types (an average of 4.5%).
